The pandemic has presented tough challenges for most businesses, and WORLD was no different. During this crisis, we have kept our doors open and our employees safe by, among other things, adjusting work shifts, implementing CDC guidelines including adhering to maintain social distancing recommendations. As part of these adjustments our production team worked six-hour shifts but still received their full salary. Our flexibility, adaptability and can do attitude have enabled the company to not only survive but thrive throughout our 35 years of existence.
